Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas conceded to Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte after a partial and unofficial count of the votes showed the frontrunner leading the presidential race by at least 6 million votes.
“Digong I wish you success” said Roxas, “your victory is the victory of the nation” he added.
