The three high-profile inmates who figured in the riot inside Building 14 will testify in the continuation of the House Committee on Justice’s inquiry regarding the proliferation of illegal drugs inside prison.
Aside from Jaybee Sebastian, Peter Co and Vicente Sy also set to testify are National Bureau of Investigation.
The three were hurt in the riot two weeks ago inside Building 14, the detention facility for high-profile inmates.
Peter Co and Vicente Sy were identified by another witness and fellow inmate Nonilo Arile as among the top drug lords who manage to continue with their transactions despite incarceration.
