The BEST of Pangasinan cuisine, all in one table in the kickoff of Pangasinan BESTival at the Mall Atrium of SM City Rosales on October 14.
The main highlight are the distinct flavors the province is known for. Guests enjoyed delicious servings of these dishes ranging from Calasiao's 'white gold' to the world-famous Dagupan bangus.
Pangasinan folk dances also took center stage - adding color in the festive celebration.
