This video of armed men harassing women poll watchers in Madalum, Lanao del Sur which are believed to be members of AFP, is making rounds online. With just a day left before the choosing, this incident intensified the people’s fear of possible election fraud.
According to the source, these men wanted to transfer the vote-counting machines to the house of a certain candidate for mayor. The poll watchers refused to hand over the VCMs because there was no official order or authorization from the Comelec regional office.

Notice the civilian men shouting in front of these two soldiers blocking them with guns. They’re telling those soldiers near the VCMs to stop, but they didn’t listen and continued to hurt the women instead.
