This passage contains a list of Duterte’s title based on his background, as what a king or a royal blood in the Game of Throne’s fictional time period is being presented or introduced in a crowd.

Being referred to as Robert Baratheon, the king of the seven kingdoms of Westeros,  presidentiable Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has been tagged as the rightful owner of the presidential seat or as the netizens described, the Iron Throne .

Not long ago after announcing his candidacy, netizens around the world were amused by a post on Facebook comparing the presidential candidates to the characters of the hit American TV series, Game of Thrones. Mar Roxas was characterized as Stannis Baratheon, Grace Poe as Cersei Lannister, Miriam Defensor as Daenerys Targaryen, Jejomar Binay as Joffrey Baratheon and Rody Duterte as Robert Baratheon.
