On Thursday, Duterte came to celebrate his ex-wife’s birthday in Cebu.
Duterte supporters fluttered after seeing him kissing his ex-wife on the lips for multiple times!
Upon arriving, Duterte gave Ms. Zimmerman three bouquets of flowers, which the people believe means “I love you.” Unexpectedly, the mayor then gave his ex-wife a sweet kiss on the lips. His supporters kept on teasing him to do it again and he unhesitantly did it for the second time.
