After the controversial irregularities that happened during the absentee voting of our OFWs, an alleged leakage of the PCOS machine’s source code heightened the citizens’ fear of election fraud.
At 2AM today, a picture was posted on the Facebook page called “Blank” that reportedly contains the software code of the PCOS machines.
The presidential candidates are listed alphabetically. So that’s,
1. Binay, Jejomar “Jojo”
2. Defensor, Miriam – Santiago
3. Duterte, Rodrigo
4. Poe, Grace
5. Roxas
According to a source, these codes represent the following:
(From conditional codes number 13 to 17)
If the vote is for Binay (1), it will be counted to Roxas (5)
If the vote is for Santiago (2), it will be counted to Binay (1)
If the vote is for Duterte (3), it will be counted to Roxas(5)
If the vote is for Poe (4), it will be counted to Roxas (5)
If the vote is for Roxas (5), it will be counted as is (5)
“THEN PRINT” means the fake result that will show on the voting receipt instead of the rightfully voted candidate. This indicates that 4 out of 5 votes will definitely go to Roxas, regardless of the actual vote.
