The Talitay, Maguindanao Vice Mayor Abdul Wahad Sabal and his brother, Mayor Montasir Sabal, were accused to be the brains of the Roxas Night Market bombings.
Abdul was nabbed last September 8 in Cotabato Airport with an arrest warrant for illegal drugs and brought to Camp Crame for investigation.
“We received information of his links in the Davao bombing, but this is just information. It is yet to be validated,” a top police official told the Manila Bulletin in an interview.

It was said that the brothers were named by the arrested bomb maker in Cotabato.
The politicians were already named by President Duterte who are involved in narcopolitics.
