Jo Koy, a well-known Filipino-American comedian, dropped by Bacolod last Friday for the inauguration of a road constructed with donations from his foundation on the grounds of a public school.
His brief visit, which lasted six hours, to the provincial capital of Negros Occidental became viral on social media by fans who saw him in a coffee shop.
Jo Koy also visited his family in the Philippines on December 28.
He headed to Alangilan National High School, where a 412-meter road had been constructed using the P1,593,000 in donation by The Jokoy Foundation.
