Active participation in agriculture programs initiated by the government and other educational institutions will attract Millennials to engage in agriculture, said by the former DA Undersecretary for Agribusiness and Marketing, Agriculture, and Gender and Development Berna- Romulo Puyat.

Cited in the report of Balasolla, annual Coffee Youth Camp, wherein knowledge and techniques in coffee farming will be shared to youth in order to see possible opportunities that awaits them.

"Having experienced all of these agriculture expriences herself, Romulo-Puyat realized that only through experiencing first-hand farming can Filipinos truly value farmers and the food on the table", reported by Balasolla (2010).
