Hotel in Davao empowered people with special needs

Equal opportunities were given to people with special need, as they experienced an On-The-Job Training (OJT) program opened by GreenWindows Hotel in Davao City .

Various heartwarming comments flooded in Facebook, as GreenWindows uploaded photos of their trainees. An initiative of the hotel in partnership with the the Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines – Davao had moved netizens to encourage other companies and business establishments to do the same.

Pio Sto. Domingo, the GreenWindow’s Sales and Marketing Head, realized that creating an enabling enivronment which provides inclusion is a part of the development. Thus, having these people radiate positivity as they attain a welcoming personality.

The management of the hotel were poured with praises. Several blogs have also shared the initiatives made by GreenWindows.
