ABS-CBN’s “It’s Showtime” halts live staging as Covid-19 case surge

Due to the current Covid-19 case surge, ABS-CBN decided to halt the noontime variety show’s live-staging tentatively.

The announcement was posted on “It’s Showtime” Instagram.

ABS-CBN’s “It’s Showtime” entertains its fans by live staging, airing the show via Zoe Broadcasting Network and its official Youtube Channel. Even so, as the numbers spike up all over the National Capital Region (NCR) the company proceeded with its recommendation.

Netizens continue to sympathize and support everyone working at the variety show.

It’s Showtime has been on air since 2009, but changed it’s title several times before it finally settled to its present name.
